By installing and using JIOCP Panel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this software. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. License Grant
JIOCP Panel is provided as-is for installation and use on your own systems. This is a limited license to install and use the software for managing your Nginx and PHP infrastructure. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or relicense JIOCP Panel
- Remove or modify copyright and proprietary notices
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Use JIOCP Panel for commercial hosting services without explicit permission
- Sublicense or transfer rights to third parties
3. System Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your system meets all requirements:
- Linux-based operating system (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, etc.)
- Root or sudo access required
- Minimum 2GB RAM and 10GB disk space
- Active internet connection during installation
- Supported CPU architecture (x86_64, ARM64)
4. Installation and Configuration
You are fully responsible for:
- Backing up your system before installation
- Understanding all installation steps and implications
- Configuring security settings appropriately
- Maintaining system security and updates
- Monitoring system resources and performance
5. Intellectual Property Rights
JIOCP Panel includes technologies and code. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. You may not:
- Claim ownership of JIOCP Panel or any components
- Register trademarks or domain names using JIOCP branding
- Use JIOCP Panel name in your commercial services without permission
- Create derivative works for distribution
6. Limitation of Liability
JIOCP Panel is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- JIOCP Panel will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All defects will be corrected
- JIOCP Panel will be compatible with all systems or configurations
- Results will meet your expectations or requirements
Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption
- Third-party claims or data loss arising from use of JIOCP Panel
- Damages from system failures, security breaches, or misconfigurations
7. Your Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for all activities on your systems
- You must monitor systems and keep them secure
- You assume all risks of data loss and system damage
- JIOCP Panel should be installed by qualified system administrators
- Regular backups and security audits are essential
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

While JIOCP Panel includes security features, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for:

- Guarantee 24/7 support or guaranteed response times
- Provide managed hosting or infrastructure management
- Guarantee uptime or system availability
- Accept liability for third-party services integrated with JIOCP Panel
11. Termination
Your license to use JIOCP Panel terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall JIOCP Panel from your systems.
12. Modifications to Software
We may update JIOCP Panel without notice. Updates may require manual intervention. You are responsible for evaluating updates and deciding whether to implement them.
13. Governing Law
