3. System Requirements

• Root or sudo access required
• Minimum 2GB RAM and 10GB disk space
• Active internet connection during installation
• Supported CPU architecture (x86_64, ARM64)

4. Installation and Configuration

You are fully responsible for:

• Backing up your system before installation
• Understanding all installation steps and implications
• Configuring security settings appropriately
• Maintaining system security and updates
• Monitoring system resources and performance

5. Intellectual Property Rights

JIOCP Panel includes technologies and code. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. You may not:

• Claim ownership of JIOCP Panel or any components
• Register trademarks or domain names using JIOCP branding
• Use JIOCP Panel name in your commercial services without permission
• Create derivative works for distribution

6. Limitation of Liability

JIOCP Panel is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• JIOCP Panel will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be corrected
• JIOCP Panel will be compatible with all systems or configurations
• Results will meet your expectations or requirements

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide managed hosting or infrastructure management

• Accept liability for third-party services integrated with JIOCP Panel

11. Termination

Your license to use JIOCP Panel terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall JIOCP Panel from your systems.
